Requirements Candidates should bring strong operational HR experience, technical proficiency, and excellent judgment in supporting a remote, multicultural workforce. 5+ years of HR / People experience, including 3+ years in a startup or tech environment. Experience supporting a global, remote‑first team of 100+ employees. Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob or similar) and performance management tools (Leapsome or equivalent). Strong operational judgment, critical thinking, and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace). Ability to translate business priorities into practical People solutions. High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive employee information. Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, low‑process environment with high autonomy. Nice‑to‑have: exposure to crypto/Web3 environments, familiarity with on‑chain basics, and technical curiosity for automation and AI tools.
