OverviewJoin to apply for the Manager and Team Lead, Quality Assurance role at First National Financial LP. This position reports to the Director, Quality Assurance and is a full-time opportunity based in Montreal, QC.The OpportunityReporting to the Director, Quality Assurance, the Manager leads a team of Quality Assurance Specialists who are responsible for the post-funding review of underwriting quality. The manager guides and motivates the team to meet targets and schedules while maintaining quality results.How You Will ContributeEnsure Quality Assurance reviews are conducted in a timely, efficient, and objective mannerSchedule reviews and allocate appropriate resources to meet targetsPerform “QA of QA” reviews and provide prompt feedback to team membersReview findings identified by the team to ensure accuracy and keep Sr. Management informed of any trends identifiedComplete management reporting as requiredAssist with reviewing and responding to external auditsStay up to date with policy, product, investor, and insurer requirementsManage the capacity of the team through efficient delegation of work and monitoring of productivity reportsMotivate team members to meet performance targets through ongoing feedback and coachingEstablish performance and work standardsRecruit, interview, hire, and onboard new employees as requiredProvide coaching, training, support, and development to team membersLead team meetingsConduct annual performance reviewsAdhere to policies/procedures to ensure AML requirements are met, when applicableLanguage requirement: The position requires linguistic fluency.
