What You’ll Do As a Technical Copywriter, you’ll produce accurate, comprehensive documentation and product content that supports customers, internal teams, retailers, and digital channels. Most of your time will be spent writing product manuals and channel copy, supported by research and cross‑functional collaboration. Essentially, you will… write detailed product manuals, installation guides, safety instructions, and troubleshooting content. research product features and specifications through documentation and collaboration. develop channel and e‑commerce copy, including product descriptions, features, and specifications. create and maintain structured templates, terminology lists, and documentation standards. ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all product‑related content. collaborate with internal and external teams to verify technical details. implement or recommend workflows, tools, and automation to improve documentation efficiency. edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and technical correctness. support additional written content such as product pages, feature descriptions, and marketing‑adjacent technical copy. stay informed on best practices in technical communication and documentation tools. if bilingual, support French translation or content review as needed. Education And Experience Degree or diploma in technical writing, communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, documentation or product‑focused content roles. Experience with manuals, guides, or other structured technical content. It’s considered a bonus if you have… Ability to write or translate French technical content.
