Role Overview We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Support Coordinator with 2‑5 years of experience to join our high‑volume Client Success team. The successful candidate will support, execute, and optimize sales & marketing administrative activities that drive business growth. Experience in software and/or consulting services and a proven track record of producing polished client proposals will be highly valued. This is a remote role suitable for candidates comfortable working from home. Note: Shortlisted candidates will be contacted in early January 2026. Key Responsibilities Assist with RFP responses and proposal preparation, including writing, formatting, and proofing content Maintain and improve base templates in Word and PowerPoint to ensure brand consistency Create attractive visuals and documents using digital design tools Own case study development for newly completed projects Assist with website updates, including graphics, copy creation and edits Assist with marketing campaigns, trade shows, and social media posts Maintain and organize SharePoint content, including internal and client portals Manage MSAs, SSLAs, and Workorders—coordinate sign‑backs through Adobe Sign Coordinate client and company events such as dinners, conferences and other appearances Perform other related duties as assigned Role Requirements 2–5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing administration or coordination roles Experience in full‑cycle sales and/or marketing activities Superior proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Experience writing content for and updating websites and basic graphic tools (e.g., WordPress, Canva) Experience with email marketing and social media posts Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, interpersonal, writing, editing, and proofreading skills Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment Desired Attributes Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment Familiarity with Sales CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive or equivalent) Certification, qualification, or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business or Administration Experience with, or a strong understanding of, AI productivity and enablement tools What We Offer Excellent pay and comprehensive benefits package Annual company retreat (destinations include Nashville, Cabo and The Dominican Republic) Great Place to Work® Top 100 Best Workplaces & 3‑time Certified company recognition Remote environment with flexible work and office locations Regular company social events, game nights, virtual and in‑person gatherings Considerable time off, including vacation days, wellness days and other paid time off Monthly All‑Hands meetings and bi‑weekly Lunch & Learns for company updates Opportunities for growth and development within the company Continuous, team‑based, professional and personal development sessions If you are interested in hearing more about this position or to apply, please submit an application through our careers portal. #J-18808-Ljbffr
