  • Director of Legal Counsel


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide legal advice and support on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, financing & operations
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions
  • Coordinate with external counsel on legal matters
  • Other legal duties as required


Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Member in good standing with one of the Canadian provincial law societies
  • Real Estate experience is required
  • Experience in drafting legal documents
  • Strong organizational, communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and high-volume environment
  • Attention to details
  • Fully bilingual in French & English
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Discretion and confidentiality
