Client Service Supervisor (Toronto Therapy) (2025-2587) Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home and community settings. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Services Supervisor to oversee and manage a large team of healthcare professionals across various disciplines in Toronto. The role requires supervisory or leadership experience in healthcare and a regulated healthcare professional. The Client Services Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation, resolving client and funders’ concerns, and identifying potential growth opportunities. What You Will Be Doing Day‑to‑day management and coordination of the services your staff will provide to the community. Act as a self‑starter, taking initiative and working well within a team while being independent. Provide solution‑focused, high‑quality customer service. Build and sustain strong relationships. Skills Needed For Success Registered Allied Health Professional with active membership in the regulatory college and good standing. Previous professional leadership or quality management experience considered required. Highly energetic and enthusiastic, thriving in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Comfortable dealing with clients who have dynamic and complex cases. Highly organized with the ability to multitask conflicting priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Previous work experience in a unionized environment considered a plus.
