My Little Big Web est une agence Web d'une trentaine d'employés située à Montréal et qui place le bien-être au travail au cœur de sa stratégie de développement. Nous proposons des services de SEO, publicité en ligne, gestion des réseaux sociaux, et création / refonte de sites Web (majoritairement sur WordPress). Description du poste:
Si tu es passionné.e par la création de sites Web attrayants et inspirants, cette opportunité est pour toi Nous recherchons un.e designer Web pour rejoindre notre équipe conception Web. Tu auras l'occasion de mettre en pratique ta créativité et tes compétences en design pour façonner des expériences en ligne pour atteindre les objectifs de nos clients. Ton rôle, concrètement :
- Participer à la rencontre de démarrage avec le client pour recueillir ses besoins, objectifs et préférences;
- Concevoir des interfaces web attractives et fonctionnelles en utilisant Figma.
- Accompagner et conseiller nos clients dans leurs choix de design, en assurant une communication claire et des solutions créatives adaptées à leurs besoins;
- Traduire les besoins des clients en designs web fonctionnels et esthétiques;
- Concevoir et créer des interfaces utilisateur intuitives et conviviales;
- Réaliser les wireframes et maquettes pour les projets de nos clients;
- Présenter les maquettes aux clients, recueillir les rétroactions et effectuer les changements demandés avant la fin de la phase de validation
- Assurer la qualité et la cohérence du design web;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe de développement pour garantir une implémentation fluide et conforme aux maquettes;
- Former l’assistant designer Web
- Gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, avec une capacité à respecter les délais et à prioriser les tâches.

Profil recherché :
Idéalement, tu as entre 2 et 5 ans d'expérience, es informé.e des dernières tendances en design, et possèdes la capacité à travailler en équipe. Tu maîtrises les dernières tendances en design et des logiciels de création tels que Figma ou Adobe XD. De plus, tu as une connaissance approfondie des principes du design web et de l'expérience utilisateur (UX/UI). Tu sais créer des mises en page facilement déclinables pour le responsive design.

La rigueur et le sens de l’organisation sont des qualités que nous apprécions, tout comme ta capacité à expliquer de manière pédagogique. Une expérience en agence est un atout.
