As part of Ranovus, you'll oversee the industrialization of packaging technologies critical for AI-driven optical connectivity. Your role entails collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and defining strategies for complex packaging challenges. A deep understanding of packaging processes from design to production is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities: • Translate product requirements into packaging strategies • Lead processes in flip-chip and die attach assembly • Develop hybrid laser integration and packaging methods • Define optical fiber attachment strategies and quality controls • Manage all phases from prototyping to production ramp
Requirements: • Over 10 years in advanced optical or semiconductor packaging • Proven track record in process development and manufacturing • Specialized knowledge in thermal and optical interactions • Experience with external manufacturing partners • Excellent technical and communication skills
