Relevant du Directeur de la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement, le Coordinateur de la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement est responsable de la coordination du personnel et des processus afin de parvenir à une distribution efficace des marchandises. Le coordinateur de la chaîne d'approvisionnement doit être en mesure de superviser les stocks et le processus d'exécution des commandes. En tant que membre de notre département des opérations et de la logistique, il ou elle assurera l'efficacité et la productivité de tous les aspects de notre chaîne d'approvisionnement.

*HORAIRE: FIN DE SEMAINE ET 3 JOURS DURANT LA SEMAINE DE 8H A 16H*

RESPONSABILITÉS:
Exécuter des commandes dans notre système ERP.
Assurer le suivi des stocks, en veillant à l'exactitude de l'inventaire. Enquêter et résoudre toute anomalie.
Contribuer à l'amélioration continue du système ERP et des pratiques commerciales.
S'assurer que le matériel est disponible et livré à temps pour soutenir l'opération de production efficace.
Maintenir activement tous les dossiers avec précision et assurer la mise à jour.
Toute autre tâche, telle qu'assignée.

COMPÉTENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
Diplôme post-secondaire ou diplôme en chaîne d'approvisionnement et logistique, en commerce ou dans un domaine connexe.
1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la logistique/chaîne d'approvisionnement
Capacité à communiquer efficacement en anglais, le français un atout
Expérience de l'ERP est un atout.
Bonnes connaissances en informatique : Office Suite et Excel.
Sens de l'organisation et des priorités.
Capacité à résoudre des problèmes de manière autonome.
Souci du détail, débrouillardise, méticulosité, dextérité manuelle.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, the Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for coordinating personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods. The Supply Chain Coordinator must be able to oversee inventory and order fulfillment process. As part of our operations and logistics department, he or she will ensure the efficiency and productivity of all aspects of our supply chain.

*SCHEDULE: WEEKENDS AND 3 DAYS DURING THE WEEK FROM 8:00 AM TO 4:00 PM*

RESPONSABILITIES:
Execute order fulfillment process within ERP system.
Take full ownership of inventory tracking, by ensuring accuracy. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP system and business practices.
Ensure that materials are available and delivered in time to support the efficient production operation.
Actively maintain all records with accuracy.
Any other task, as assigned.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics, Business, or related field.
1-2 years in logistics/supply chain experience
Ability to communicate efficiently in English, French as asset
Experience with ERP is an asset
Good Computer skills: Office Suite and Excel.
Organization skills and sense of priorities.
Capacity to solve problems autonomously.
Attention to detail, resourcefulness, meticulous, manual dexterity.
