RONA is seeking a Data Analyst with strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail. The candidate will play a key role in transforming and leveraging data to support business decisions and improve operational performance. This role reports to the Pricing Manager and provides essential analytical support to internal teams in carrying out daily tasks. Your Role Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to generate meaningful insights. Develop models, dashboards, and performance indicators to support strategic decision‑making. Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities through the analysis of operational, financial, and commercial data. Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of data used by internal teams. Support senior analysts and business partners by providing in‑depth analyses and data‑driven recommendations. Respond to ad hoc requests from internal teams requiring data extraction, interpretation, or visualization. Reporting, Automation, and Monitoring Prepare and maintain regular reports on performance, key indicators, and business trends. Automate reporting processes and optimize data flows to improve operational efficiency. Analyze the impact of business initiatives on results (sales, margins, operations, customer experience). Monitor market, consumer, and operational data trends to support teams in their decision‑making. Ensure analytical deliverables are produced with rigor, accuracy, and within deadlines. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Participate in cross‑functional projects requiring analytical expertise, including process optimization, segmentation, forecasting, or commercial performance. Contribute to data democratization by supporting teams in the use of analytical tools and best practices. The Qualifications We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in economics, business intelligence, statistics, finance, marketing, or a related field. Two to three years of experience in a similar pricing‑related role within a large organization. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of advanced analytical tools (VBA, SQL, Python, Copilot Business). Strong analytical skills to understand pricing models and extract key information from large datasets. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and work under pressure. Strong business acumen. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
