Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, with a primary focus on multi‑residential and modular builds, light steel framing, mass timber, historical restoration, and concrete construction. This pivotal leadership role requires technical expertise, the ability to guide and motivate teams, maintain strong relationships with contractors and clients, and ensure seamless coordination across every phase of project delivery. Key Responsibilities Schedule and budget management across all projects. Contract negotiation and administration. Health and safety compliance and quality assurance. Engage early and often with clients and project partners to anticipate needs, guide decisions, and build long‑term relationships. Coordinate all phases of project delivery. Qualifications 10+ years of full‑cycle project management experience in multi‑residential and commercial construction. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts. Strong knowledge of panelized systems and structural steel. Experience with mass timber construction is an asset. Proficiency with project management software such as Procore is highly valued. Strong leadership, mentoring, and client relationship management skills. Problem‑solving ability to anticipate and address challenges before they arise. Benefits Competitive salary.
