What We ExpectRole ResponsibilitiesResponsible for meeting monthly sales quotas by proactively seeking contracts, preparing job proposals with cost estimates, managing accounts and developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customersPrepare and deliver presentations for prospective customersNegotiate prices and other job proposal termsPrepare booking packagesContact existing or prospective customers to maintain and increase customer baseVisit job sites to check the status of current job or to determine scope of prospective jobReview and complete appropriate paperwork after job has been completedDrive Sales from Tender to Contract ratificationPersonally investigate complaints from customersWhen necessary, contact customers for collection purposes and identify alternative options for paymentAttend out of town sales meetings and/or regional trainingsComplete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reportsPerforms other duties as assignedMain Focus on Modernization Sales with New Installation Cross Training and future growth opportunityWho we are looking forRole QualificationsA minimum of 2 years of Sales experienceBachelor’s degree is preferred, not mandatoryExcellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to establish rapport and maintain relationshipsPrior use of CRM considered an assetAbility to read, understand and analyze technical drawings for the creation of quotesStrong business acumen and demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines and achieve goals and objectivesExcellent negotiation skills coupled by inherent ability to sell to customer needsDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office suiteProven ability to manage conflict, coupled by the ability to work collaborativelyWhat we offerTK Elevator is one of the world’s leading elevator companies with unique engineering capabilities.
