Job Summary CVE is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee planning, delivery, and execution of exceptional meal and catering services for clients' creative teams and guests. This role ensures offices provide a welcoming, inclusive, and energizing environment through high‑quality food experiences that reflect clients’ values of hospitality and excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage daily breakfast and lunch service Monday–Friday, including buffet and grab‑and‑go options. Collaborate with vendors to develop diverse menus that meet dietary needs and client standards. Oversee external catering partners, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs. Maintain food safety standards, cleanliness, and professional service conduct. Implement waste‑reduction practices, track surplus food, and coordinate donations. Monitor KPIs, prepare monthly P&L reports, and lead quarterly business reviews. Serve as primary liaison between client teams and vendors for scheduling, feedback, and issue resolution. Coordinate internal and external catering for special events. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in food service management or hospitality operations. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and multi‑site operations. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience with sustainability initiatives and waste management preferred. Preferred Skills Familiarity with KPIs and performance reporting. Ability to adapt to a dynamic, creative environment.
