Position Overview The Technology and Social Media Talent Acquisition Specialist designs, implements and optimizes bold, scalable talent‑acquisition strategies that anticipate talent needs and keep us competitive. The role takes a creative, proactive, and data‑driven approach to building upstream candidate pools, developing talent communities, and rethinking how we attract, engage and recruit the best technology talent. Key Responsibilities Design innovative attraction strategies to anticipate talent shortages and emerging tech skills. Develop non‑traditional approaches to identify, engage and retain talent beyond conventional methods. Build, structure and develop upstream candidate pools for strategic and specialised roles, including proactive hunting for key talent. Research, source and nurture talent communities. Explore and leverage new sources of talent such as specialised communities, emerging networks, technology ecosystems and advanced social media. Manage, moderate and monitor our company pages (Indeed, Glassdoor, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). Approach and engage passive candidates using personalised, targeted and differentiated strategies. Maintain lasting relationships with potential talent even when immediate needs are not present. Continuously optimise talent‑acquisition processes and tools to increase speed, efficiency and value. Evaluate, recommend and implement technologies and digital solutions that support the future of recruitment (ATS, automation, analytics, BI, AI, etc.). Analyse performance indicators, market trends and predictive data to guide strategic recruitment decisions. Monitor emerging trends, innovations and best practices in talent acquisition across the market. Roll out distinctive and creative initiatives that position Croesus as an innovative and attractive employer for tech talent. Represent Croesus at recruitment events, tech and financial ecosystem events as an ambassador. Requirements Key Skills Strategic vision with a strong focus on future recruitment. Highly creative and able to challenge traditional practices. Proven ability to build talent pools and anticipate recruitment needs. Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven and innovative approach. Comfortable with technology, digital platforms and advanced social media. Excellent adaptability to a constantly changing environment. Strong interest in the field of financial technology (asset). Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR management, industrial relations or organisational development. 5‑8 years of relevant sourcing experience. Experience in IT, software development and/or fintech. Member of the Order (CHRP, CIRP). Fully bilingual. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Gmail, etc.).
