Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to be our next Director of Operations and Client Services (D of Ops & CS) to succeed the incumbent who is retiring. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership to five training centres, each led by a Training Centre Manager. Oversee facility operations, logistics, human resources, information technology, and budget management. Ensure excellence in customer service and support the needs of Departments of Community Services and Learning. Serve on the provincial management team and contribute to strategic direction. Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Qualifications Experienced, forward‑thinking leader across all facets of multiple‑branch operations. High‑level knowledge of Microsoft technologies including CRM. Extensive history of achieving strong outcomes in either the for‑profit or non‑profit sectors. Diploma or degree in a related discipline is an asset. Employment Details This is a full‑time in‑office position based in the Regina provincial headquarters. Occasional travel across the province is required.
