Have you got strong management skills within a manufacturing environment? Are you looking to progress your career to a senior role long‑term? This global leading company specializes in manufacturing a variety of products for a range of different industries. They have 13 manufacturing sites across North America, have acquired two companies in early 2024, and have expansion plans in place for 2025. They are looking for a Plant Manager who will be pivotal to this growth. In this role you will take complete ownership of this manufacturing plant and will have 5 direct reports. You will develop, mentor, and lead your team and be responsible for driving improvements at this site. This role would ideally suit a Plant Manager from any manufacturing background, who is looking to work in a technically challenging role, whilst progressing to a senior position long‑term.
