As our partner ecosystem continues to expand, we’re focused on recruiting and enabling high-impact partners that unlock scalable, long-term growth. We’re looking for a New Ecosystem Partnerships Manager to lead that expansion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound partner development—identifying the right partners, building compelling partnership models, and turning ecosystem alignment into measurable revenue outcomes. Your Role As the New Ecosystem Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in expanding NiceJob’s partner ecosystem by sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding high-impact integration, technology, and referral partners. You will spend approximately 75 percent of your time focused on recruiting and evaluating new partners and 25 percent supporting approximately ten key tier one partners, such as QuickBooks, Jobber, and HouseCall Pro, to ensure they continue to deliver strong business impact. Our Ideal Customer Profile includes technology platforms, marketing agencies, and coaching or consulting organizations with strong experience in Home Services or Professional Services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound partner development, understands SaaS ecosystems, and enjoys connecting high-value partners to mutual revenue opportunities. Your Focus Partner Recruitment and Sourcing (75%) Identify and engage new partners aligned with our ICP Map the ecosystem to identify integration gaps, referral opportunities, and co-selling channels Qualify prospective partners based on fit with our ICP, integration feasibility, customer overlap, and revenue potential Build tailored partner pitches and partnership structures, including integration, referral, co-marketing, and marketplace opportunities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from first outreach to signed partner agreement to onboarding Provide consistent reporting on partner recruitment pipeline, onboarding progress, and tier one partner performance Use data and insights to continuously refine recruitment and engagement strategies Key Tier One Partner Support (25%) Support high-value partners to maximize adoption, engagement, and co-marketing opportunities Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive joint business plans, co-selling initiatives, and partner enablement programs Ensure smooth onboarding, adoption tracking, and ongoing alignment with partner goals Advocate for partner needs internally and identify new opportunities to unlock value Who You Are 3+ years of experience in partnerships or business development within SaaS or technology ecosystems Proven success sourcing and onboarding new partners, ideally integrations, co-selling partners, or referral networks Experience managing strategic, high-value partners and driving joint initiatives Strong communicator who can influence and build trust quickly with business leaders Strategic evaluator who can assess partner fit, ICP alignment, and revenue potential Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments Familiarity with partner management tools such as Salesforce, PartnerStack, or Jobber is a plus Recruitment Process Initial Screening Interview – Conducted by a member of our People Experience team to learn more about your background and career goals.
