Location: 1600 Stellar Drive (100% remote).ResponsibilitiesPerform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery applications, including:HR Case ManagementHR Knowledge ManagementEmployee Service Center (Portal)Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events)Employee Document ManagementPerformance Analytics for HRParticipate in requirements discussionsCoordinate with HRIT System Administrator and Platform Administrator to assist with ServiceNow patches and when the patches are applied to instancesDesign, configure, and customize new HR applications and HR Service processesDevelop UI forms, fields, notifications, and workflowsCreate new HR service catalog requests and items with variablesIdentify and define business solutions for all HR users, aiding in translating HR business requirements into technical requirementsProvide ServiceNow HR configuration, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, and report setupBuild reports, gauges, and home pagesSearch, populate, and customize the HR knowledge baseMaintain service level agreements (SLA) and monitor SLA workflowsParticipate in all phases of testing and go-live activitiesMaintain the configuration and updates to the HR platform once the system is live, in partnership with the Platform AdministratorQualificationsSkills5+ years’ experience implementing, configuring and customizing ServiceNow5+ years’ experience with HR Service Management and related toolsIntegration exposure with HRSM/HRIS system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)Knowledge of related HR systems and their functionsExperience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functionsTrainingFoundations eLearningServiceNow FundamentalsHR Service Delivery FundamentalsService Portal Fundamentals (if implementing)Performance Analytics Fundamentals (if implementing)HR Implementation (optional, and post-implementation if doing bulk of ongoing config in-house)Service Portal Advanced (optional, and post-implementation – if doing bulk of ongoing configuration in-house)Certified System AdministratorCertified System Implementor – HR (optional) #J-18808-Ljbffr
