Patient Services Specialist

Job Description FYi doctors - Peace River clinic is looking for a Patient Services Specialist. This part‑time role requires 20‑29 hours per week. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday. You will play a critical role by delivering world‑class service to the patients and will often be the first point of contact.
You will be responsible for front‑desk reception, pre‑testing duties, and should have a passion for people and exceptional customer service. What Will You Be Doing? Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic Checking patients in and out of the office Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments Administering pre‑testing services Upholding excellent customer service standards What Do You Bring?
