Sales Executive Job Overview Inline Group Inc. has an immediate opportunity available for a highly skilled Sales Executive. This position is based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and will involve travel. The role offers the opportunity to work with an exceptional management team within a supportive and collaborative company culture. Key Accountabilities Maintain and grow Inline's geotechnical and geomatics service lines, with a focus on infrastructure clients and projects. Provide supervision and oversight to junior team members. Engage in full sales cycle activities through strategic, targeted, and persistent efforts. Conduct market research initiatives including canvas development and regional/project databasing. Develop and execute territory/sector sales plans. Develop and execute account plans. Perform CRM data entry. Attend conferences and events. Follow up on proposals within owned accounts and opportunities. Support proposal development when required by the preconstruction team. Input information into the proposal database when required. Provide general support within the marketing function. Minimum Qualification, Experience & Skills 5+ years of engineering/construction industry sales experience. Proven leadership skills and abilities. Post‑secondary diploma or degree in technical studies related to Civil Engineering. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Developed persuasion techniques with a “hunting” mentality. Ability to adapt and learn as needed. Strong understanding of infrastructure projects and the infrastructure sector, and the engineering and construction stakeholders within it an asset. Strong understanding and developed relationships within general contractor, P3, and land development organizations an asset. Proven knowledge of technical concepts in civil construction, surveying, materials testing, and geotechnical engineering. Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
