Senior Product Manager, Forma Data Management

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Forma Data Management (Autodesk Docs) product management team. This senior role will report to a Senior Group Product Manager. Autodesk is searching for a product professional with outstanding analytical and communication skills to help shape the future of project delivery from design through construction and operations. The successful candidate will possess a forward-looking vision for design data integrations and workflows, strong technical acumen to guide development, and the leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams toward shared goals.**Responsibilities** Execution: Collaborate closely with engineering, experience design, and other stakeholders to guide the end-to-end development process, ensuring timely and high-quality releases by removing obstacles and making critical decisionsStrategic Responsibilities **Minimum Qualifications** * Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of data management principles, APIs, integrations, and design workflows. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and SaaS business models preferred* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to successful completion. Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving abilities* Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels* Customer Focus: Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. Hands-on experience with direct customer engagement and user research* Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical abilities, including proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and product analytics platformsMinimum of 7 years of product management experience within the software industry, including at least 2 years in a senior role, preferably with a focus on design, architecture, engineering, or construction products.Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry and experience with AEC design products and workflowsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree highly desirable
