Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry and experience with AEC design products and workflows. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree highly desirable. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of data management principles, APIs, integrations, and design workflows. Familiarity with cloud‑based platforms and SaaS business models preferred. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive complex projects to successful completion. Strong decision‑making, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels. Customer Focus: Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. Hands‑on experience with direct customer engagement and user research. Salary Transparency (Canada‑BC) For Canada‑BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $119,600 and $164,450. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
