We believe in inclusion, we believe in self-expression, we believe in no judgement and we believe in individualism.WHO WE AREWe are bold, we are tenacious, we are courageous and brave.We are a cast of characters; We embrace our differences and we share our likenesses.Some of What’s in it for YouPaid Personal DaysEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Loyalty Reward ProgramGenerous welcome giftCompany eventsFree Gym AccessFree ParkingDay Off On Your BirthdayDiscountsMoose Knuckles is looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join the crew and support our growth Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Accounts Payable Supervisor will be responsible for the full accounts payable cycle for both Production and Non-Production.Some of what you'll do:Responsible for the full Accounts Payable cycle, for both Production and Non-Production vendorsResponsible for maintaining strict controls over setup of new vendor accounts and obtaining all relevant informationSupport FP&A team in maintenance of cashflow forecasting model by providing weekly forecast of vendor payments, for monitoring of cash flow needsMaintain strict governance over payment process, ensuring Invoice/Purchase Order Approval Matrix and Payment Release Checklist are adhered to without exceptionMaintain updated file of invoices pending payment by vendor with complete supporting documentation, verification of accuracy, and timely follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders for issue resolutionMonthly reconciliations of account statements for major vendorsManage all existing payment methods throughout the Entities; recommend other payment methodsCommunicate effectively with all departments and Management for timely receipt of informationKey business partner in supporting cross-functional teams with adhoc requests in a timely mannerAssist with the Month-end closeSupport Year-end preparation of audit file and follow up questions with external auditorsSupport documentation gathering for government auditsLead the Accounts Payable team to success through coaching, training and developmentSome of what you'll need:Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar roleExperience working with a retail, wholesale or e-commerce an assetProficient in Microsoft ExcelFluent in English and FrenchDetail orientated with strong organization and analytical skillsExperience with Momentis and Dynamics 365 is an assetAccounts Payable Certification as Accredited Payables Manager a plusSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting/Auditing, Finance, and AdministrativeIndustriesRetail Apparel and Fashion, Retail, and Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry #J-18808-Ljbffr
