OverviewJob Description This position prepares the way of salvation and exaltation by providing essential gospel teachings, resources, and services accessible to God’s children, supporting the mission of the Church. This position exists to provide operational support to the fleet management team in the execution of the Global Annual Plan (GAP) for Church fleet vehicles throughout the world. This position will facilitate many operational functions as well as contribute to annual plan targets by analyzing business operations with the goal of standardizing processes, minimizing expenditures, and maximizing performance. The incumbent of this role must be temple-worthy.ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of fleet operations using independent judgement and discretion for assigned smaller US/Canada missions, working closely with mission vehicle coordinators based locally in each missionFacilitates training and provides direct service and support to assigned mission leaders, mission vehicle coordinators, missionaries, and other Church employees, often requiring travel, after hours communication and workFacilitates analysis of data and processes, compilation of information related to all aspects of fleet management and preparing data for presentationsManages and makes judgment calls for fleet processes for assigned missions, including planning, purchasing, certifying driver, maintenance, and salesImplement action items: collecting, evaluating, disseminating, coordinating, and maintaining complex information and data from multiple sourcesPropose performance gaps for review, recommend possible solutions, and prepare root cause analysis for implementationPerform administrative tasks which include:Give direction to complex maintenance and fleet operation questionCoordinate vehicle salesAccomplish special assignmentsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, business, or automotive technology, or other related field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceEffective data analysis and research skillsEffective communication skills, both verbally and in written formAble to multi-task and mange competing demandsAbility to keep confidence and appropriately deal with sensitive data and documentsThis position operates in a professional work environmentTo successfully perform the essential functions of the job there may be physical requirements which need to be met, such as: sitting for long periods of time and using computer monitors/equipmentEffective in the use of Excel and other standard Microsoft Office Suite productsExcellent customer service #J-18808-Ljbffr
