If you’re a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for driving measurable results, this is a role for you## **Job Description:*** Work with Process Improvement Leads and Process Automation Analysts, providing guidance and stakeholder engagement.* Oversee a portfolio of process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Operational Excellence strategy.* Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable business results.* Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build organizational capability in process improvement and change management.* Establish and champion Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks, tools, and templates to standardize processes across the organization.* Collaborate with senior leaders and key process owners to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.* Lead automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) intake and management, ensuring successful deployment and adoption.* Support change management activities, addressing roadblocks and ensuring smooth implementation of new processes and technologies.* Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.* Continuously identify and implement improvements within the department and across the organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.**Day-to-Day Activities:*** Support the priorities of multiple teams and provide coaching to ensure successful project delivery.* Engage with stakeholders at all levels to build alignment and secure sponsorship for initiatives.* Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate progress and results.* Collaborate with Business Analysts on business cases for technology and automation initiatives.* Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and best practices.**Requirements:*** Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field.* 5+ years of experience in process improvement and change management.* Training in Process Management, Change Management, Quality Management, and/or Lean methodologies.* Proven ability to lead change and influence at all organizational levels.* Solid financial acumen (budgeting, ROI analysis) and project management expertise.* Familiarity with Caterpillar or the Caterpillar dealer organization is an asset.**Important:*** This position may be based out of Edmonton, Calgary, or Fort McMurray town shop facilities.* Permanent, full-time role.* Monday – Friday, 5x2 role.If you’re ready to lead process improvement initiatives and deliver transformational results, apply todayAt Finning, we prioritize creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
