Employer Industry: Information Technology Services Why consider this job opportunity: Competitive benefits and pension package Opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement Flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays through the FlexWork (Hybrid Work Model) Work closely with top-level management and high-priority end users Engage in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Provide senior-level IT support, working directly with enterprise business and IT groups Coordinate and govern the local managed service Desktop Team to ensure service delivery meets operational expectations Conduct in-depth troubleshooting of technical problems and facilitate knowledge transfer to support staff Participate in structured processes for continuous improvement and new support requests Provide backup support to the executive support team for high-level meetings and events What is Required (Qualifications): Degree or Diploma in an IT or Telecommunications-related field Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in an IT desktop support role within a large corporation Exceptional technical troubleshooting skills and experience with process improvement Recent experience supporting senior-level personnel in a corporate environment Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Familiarity with emerging technologies related to end-user support Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a corporate setting We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
