We don’t sell marketing. We build revenue systems. Why This Role Matters We’re hiring a Head of Growth & Revenue to own and scale sales, revenue, and go‑to‑market execution at Light Speed Web Inc. This is not a social media or brand‑only role. It’s for someone who knows how to package and sell services at scale. You’ll work directly with the Founder and have clear ownership of revenue growth. What You’ll Be Responsible For Owning end‑to‑end revenue growth and sales strategy Building and managing the sales pipeline in Zoho CRM Defining ICPs, target industries, and growth channels Closing high‑ticket B2B retainers ($3k–$15k+/month) Driving inbound, outbound, and partnership‑led growth Refining pricing, proposals, and closing frameworks Tracking and reporting key revenue KPIs weekly What We’re Looking For 5+ years experience in growth, revenue, or sales leadership Proven track record scaling B2B services or SaaS businesses Strong experience closing high‑value retainers & implementations Comfortable owning numbers, pipelines, and forecasts Strategic thinker who is also hands‑on Bonus (Nice to Have) Experience with Zoho CRM Background in digital agencies, automation, or SaaS Experience selling to clinics, restaurants, eCommerce, or franchises What Success Looks Like (12 Months) Predictable monthly revenue growth Larger deal sizes and shorter sales cycles Clear, vertical‑focused offers with strong close rates Reduced founder dependency in day‑to‑day sales Compensation Performance‑based commission/bonus tied to new MRR, retained revenue, and expansion revenue Strong upside for high performers Why Join Light Speed Web Inc High‑impact leadership role Direct access to Founder & decision‑making Ownership over growth strategy and execution Opportunity to shape a fast‑growing digital growth company Long‑term leadership and advancement potential How to Apply Send your resume and a short note on how you’ve grown revenue in the past to: [Insert contact info or link] Seniority level Executive Employment type Full‑time #J-18808-Ljbffr
