This role provides a great opportunity for individuals to continue to grow their career in finance.Key Responsibilities:Completing daily outbound phone calls to generate leads and build relationships from a defined target segment of Investment Professionals (~130/day)Updating daily call activities and maintaining accurate records in Hybrid’s proprietary databaseDeveloping and maintaining an understanding of various industries and financial products (Equities, Mutual Funds, ETFs, IPOs, Structured Products)Collaborating with your team to develop innovative outreach strategies for your clientsAssisting with administrative tasks and special projects as needed by senior team membersDesired Experience:University degree or college diploma in a relevant field is required (Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration)Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an assetPrevious business development or sales experience is an assetProficiency with Microsoft Office suite of productsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFrench native/bilingual an asset.Ability to articulate compelling responses that effectively address objections while maintaining a positive dialogueShowcase resilience in the face of objections, turning challenges into opportunities to gather further insight from interactionsAbility to adapt and adjust strategies accordinglyExperience using CRM tools to manage interactions and dataStrong understanding of the markets, or strong curiosity to learnSolid understanding of financial conceptsSolid organization and time management skillsWhy Work at Hybrid?Compensation: A base salary of $50,000, with the potential to earn ~$55,000 - $60,000 including bonuses from a semi-annual bonus program.Culture: Enjoy a vibrant and collaborative office atmosphere, complete with regular outings and events.Benefits: Access a comprehensive benefits package through Canada Life following probation, covering Health, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, and an Employee Assistance Program.
