The team builds leadership and employee capabilities aligned with talent strategy and evolving business priorities, supporting organizational success today and into the future.Role OverviewReporting to the Team Manager, Global Escalations in L&D, the HR Analyst is responsible for triaging and resolving escalated learning platform and course‑related issues. This role supports multiple business programs, HR Business Solutions, Learning Advisory teams, and stakeholders across the organization. The Analyst ensures a positive learner experience through timely responses, issue resolution, and proactive monitoring of LMS‑related trends and risks.Duties and ResponsibilitiesRespond to and resolve escalated learner inquiries through ServiceNow within defined service level agreements.Participate in end‑to‑end issue management processes involving multiple stakeholders.Support learners by providing clear options, next steps, and effective troubleshooting.Monitor and report on trends in learning and training escalations.Analyze escalation trends and contribute to recommendations for remediation and improvement.Assist in evaluating HR data sources for accuracy, reasonability, and appropriateness.Collaborate with peers to update troubleshooting knowledge base articles.Manage removal and exception requests in compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.Act as a subject‑matter expert in LMS and online learning solutions to support learners and L&D partners.Required SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience in a training or learning environment with strong LMS knowledge.Excellent research and investigative skills with strong attention to detail.Strong problem‑solving skills with a learner‑focused mindset.Excellent business writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.Strong organizational and results‑driven approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience working in a regulatory environment.Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have SkillsKnowledge of LMS platforms and basic SharePoint.Experience with ticketing systems.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience required.1‑2 years of relevant experience.Ideal Candidate ProfileDemonstrates initiative, is willing to step up during challenges, and shows eagerness to learn and expand skill sets.About the CompanyOur client is a Top 10 bank in Canada and North America, delivering comprehensive retail, commercial, wealth management, and wholesale banking solutions.
