What You’ll Be Doing Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer profiles, web bookings, sentiment, and market trends, identifying opportunities for optimization. Translate complex data into compelling narratives Create, manage, and optimize GA4 and Looker Studio dashboards and various reports Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to influence business decisions. Support Digital Analytics Manager in data visualization and data analysis business requests. Partner with marketing, eCommerce and revenue teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize digital conversion funnels. Lead cross-functional insight initiatives that directly impact customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Use data to validate or refute hypotheses formulated by business stakeholders. Lead the development and refinement of methodologies for data analysis, applying statistical techniques to uncover actionable insights. Collaborate with the Digital Analytics Manager on the thought process around data architecture, collection, and organization when needed, contributing to our future-proof web analytics practices. Support email and digital media teams to strategically build and leverage segments and audiences based on demographic and behavioral data. Monitor the development of AI tools in the field of data analytics and business intelligence. Foster a data-driven culture of continuous learning and innovation. What You Bring To The Team A post-secondary degree in marketing, web technologies, data analysis, business intelligence (BI) or other fields relevant for ecommerce 3 years’ experience in data analysis Expertise in digital and customer analytics required Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and data storytelling capabilities Strong understanding of eCommerce performance levers and key performance indicators Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of digital commerce KPIs and revenue levers. Result-oriented and attention to details Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with a focus on measurable business outcomes. Proven ability to influence business strategy through data-driven storytelling. Strong proficiency in Excel, VBA, and Power Query required Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Looker Studio and SAP BusinessObjects Experience with BigQuery, Qualtrics & SQL - an asset Experience in travel or airline industry – an asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts Bilingual written and spoken Why Work With Us?
