Together, we are delivering Accelerator, a major program of Pearson LIFT (Long-term Investment in Facilities and Terminals), Toronto Pearson's infrastructure development plan. This multi-year program is designed to address immediate passenger growth demands while preparing Canada’s largest airport for the future of air travel—including critical upgrades to airfield and infrastructure, greenhouse gas reduction initiatives, modernization of Terminals 1 and 3, and the creation of a world-class passenger experience.

- Collaborate with Design, Commercial, Procurement, and Sub-Program Leads to validate quantities, pricing assumptions, and construction methods.
- Support the preparation and validation of the Target Price, including benchmarking, unit rates, and market testing.
- Monitor and update cost databases, unit pricing, and historical cost information to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Participate in cost plan, risk, and value engineering workshops to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies.
- Provide cost support to procurement activities, including subcontractor and vendor pricing analysis.
- Support the change management process by assessing cost impacts of design and scope changes.
- Ensure estimates reflect compliance with applicable codes, regulations, GTAA requirements, and project agreements.
- Prepare cost reports, summaries, and presentations for management and client review.
