Please see the job description below: Position Title: Product Designer Location: Downtown Toronto – 4 days on site Duration: 6 month contract Role-Specific Accountabilities Be an owner – Lead end-to-end product design efforts, from UX research and information architecture to interaction design and polished UI. You will be a key member of our growing product design team and will play a crucial role in shaping our design culture and processes. Become a product expert in private equity workflows, portfolio monitoring, and investment analysis through close collaboration with investment teams and end users. Build without prior art – design and implement innovative, intuitive dashboards and financial interfaces where no pre-existing templates exist, setting the UI/UX standard for our internal tools. Influence the shape of the product with research and data while executing design work using high quality wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and prototypes Use modern design tools (Figma and others) to create prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity visuals that bring ideas to life. Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to refine and optimize product experiences. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment.
