We are looking for accomplished entrepreneurs who can inspire, teach, and hold clients accountable so they can reach the goals they set out to achieve. The ideal candidate is a natural salesperson. They lean on their business development experience and can grow their own client base. They do not shy from the spotlight and are capable of leading events, seminars, and webinars. Position: Contracted (2‑Years) Schedule: Flexible Compensation: 100% Commission Travel Requirements: Varies up to 40% Key Qualifications Validated experience (5‑10 Years+) driving performance in strategy and project implementation. Outstanding analytical skills, adept at distilling meaning and relevance from data and generating solutions. Capable of building relationships and influencing external and internal partners. Ability to act fast in a constantly evolving and frequently ambiguous environment. Experience managing projects to completion in a highly collaborative environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly articulate narratives, motivate, and inspire readers and listeners. Description Build and foster critical relationships with key decision‑makers using all sales tools available to you. This can include lead generation, telemarketing, networking, bold calling, and leading company‑hosted events. Analyze company information to determine pain points and use the systems and tools provided by ActionCOACH PRO to bring scalable solutions to clients’ critical problems. Utilize advances in the business world to assist clients in achieving a competitive advantage. Continuously grow and develop through the learning platforms provided at ActionCOACH PRO. Education BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or related analytical field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Additional Requirements Previous experience in management consulting or a management role preferred. Experience leading teams in transformation or growth management.
