Like family, we support our staff to always do better.With over 80 locations spanning from coast to coast, and trade links around the globe, P&H is growth-oriented, diversified and vertically integrated with operations spanning across grain merchandising, flour milling, crop input distribution, animal feed production, egg grading and processing.Your RoleAs Treasury Analyst, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing cash flow and supporting treasury operations, exposure to liquidity management, forecasting, debt administration, and banking relationships ensuring accurate forecasting, efficient cash utilization, and reliable financial reporting in a dynamic agri‑business environment.Day to DayMonitor daily cash balances across multiple accountsUpdate and maintain short-term cash flow forecasts and analyze variancesAssist with opening, closing, and maintenance of bank accountsSupport user setup and access management for banking platformsMonitor interest charges and reconcile banking feesMaintain borrowing and repayment schedules for debt facilitiesTrack debt borrowing notices and accruals, and support borrowing requestsCoordinate with internal teams and external banking partners to resolve issuesContribute to process improvements in cash flow and treasury operationsRequired QualificationsPost-secondary degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience1–3 years’ experience in cash management, accounting, or finance operations preferredStrong organizational skills with attention to detailBackground in agri-business is an assetStrong communication skills and collaborative mindsetAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) and familiarity with Agrosoft considered assetsTo apply and learn more visit us at www.pandhcareers.com.We thank all applicants, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.P&H is committed to building a skilled and diverse workforce that is reflective of Canadian society.
