Role Overview Base Salary: $85k–$110k USD The Content Specialist owns and executes Kalepa’s content engine—primarily blog strategy and long‑form content, plus LinkedIn thought leadership across key leaders and subject‑matter experts. The role transforms complex AI and commercial insurance concepts into clear, compelling narratives that build market trust and reinforce Kalepa’s credibility as a category leader. The role reports to and works closely with the Marketing Director to grow the marketing function, drive meaningful commercial impact, and support sales through a robust content engine. Key Responsibilities Own Kalepa’s blog strategy and editorial calendar aligned to brand, product, and GTM priorities. Write, edit, and publish high‑quality long‑form content, including educational posts, industry POV pieces, deep dives, and playbooks. Create and edit content across formats: landing pages, case studies, one‑pagers, newsletters, webinars, product explainers, and sales enablement materials. Own SEO execution and content structure to drive organic growth and improve performance across search engines and AI answer engines. Build and run a LinkedIn thought‑leadership program, ghostwriting for leaders and SMEs while matching their voice and perspective. Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate production—ideation, outlining, summaries, editing, versioning—while maintaining end‑to‑end quality control. Track and report on performance (engagement, traffic, rankings, conversion signals, and sales usage) and continuously refine topics, formats, and distribution strategy. Qualifications 4–5 years of professional content experience (B2B preferred; SaaS, fintech, insurance, or technical content strongly preferred). Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and domain‑heavy topics. Demonstrated experience writing content that supports SEO outcomes. Strong ghostwriting capability and the ability to match tone/voice across stakeholders. Solid editorial instincts: structure, flow, clarity, accuracy, and quality control. Excellent project management skills: meeting deadlines, approvals, coordination, and maintaining a content pipeline. Experience writing data‑led stories highly desirable.
