This is a dynamic role that blends financial leadership with hands‑on exposure to all aspects of centre management.Day to day, you’ll be responsible for:Leading the development of annual asset budgets and ensuring financial performance aligns with targetsManaging and analysing centre profit and loss reports, including monthly accruals, journals, and prepaymentsConducting timely financial risk and opportunity assessments, presenting insights and recommendations to the Asset TeamSupporting the Centre Manager with retailer relations, administrative functions, and maintaining retailer standardsPerforming bi‑monthly budget forecasting to ensure financial agilityOverseeing daily banking, reconciliations, accounts payable, and the smooth operation of the centre officeParticipating in duty management on a rotating weekend roster (with a day off in lieu)What will set you apart from the rest?This is an exciting opportunity where you’ll play a vital role within the Westfield Innaloo team and gain valuable exposure to the daily operations of the centre.
