The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, leveraging exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to drive efficiency and accuracy in our Group Annuity line of business.Key ResponsibilitiesWork effectively in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyDevelop and maintain internal relationships, providing excellent customer service and supportEnter and update data into our database system with precision and attention to detailVerify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity, recommending solutions for resolving problemsAssist in organizing and maintaining electronic files, contributing to process improvement initiativesRespond to inquiries from annuitants in a professional, courteous and timely manner, providing clear information and ensuring a positive customer experienceRequirementsMinimum 2 years experience working effectively in an environment that requires data manipulation involving accurately inputting, verifying, and managing dataProven ability to handle volume work in a fast‑paced environmentOrganizational and time management skillsStrong typing skills, exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision to maintain data integrityExcellent communication and customer service skills, with a proactive approach to problem‑solvingStrong mathematical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including advanced ExcelNice to HaveExperience in benefits and retirement, with expertise in policies related to Defined Benefit Pensions or Group Annuities and Payroll AccountingPost‑secondary educationProficiency in FrenchBenefitsA dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and developmentA collaborative team culture, with a focus on open communication and mutual respectCompetitive compensation, with recognition and rewards for outstanding performanceFlexible work/life balance optionsRBCI software tools to boost your productivityRBC Insurance is an organization that succeeds by bringing out the best in its people.
