THE OPPORTUNITY As a full‑time Conveyancer, you will support our real estate practice area, helping to close up to 20 transactions per month across residential, commercial, and refinancing matters. The role is based in our Burnaby office near Deer Lake Park and offers flexible and hybrid remote work options. REQUIREMENTS Positive, proactive attitude with willingness to learn. Team‑oriented mindset – adaptable, collaborative, respectful. 3–5 years of conveyancing experience, managing files independently. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office. Experience with LEAP, BC Online, and Appara is an asset. Related post‑secondary education (e.g., Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate or Diploma) is an asset. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare closing documents for conveyancing and financing transactions. Facilitate transaction completion, including document exchange, correspondence, and logistics. Perform initial review of documents and agreements. Perform Land Title filings and registrations.
