Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic (433A) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure efficient operations. This role requires a licensed Industrial Millwright (433A) with a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery, conveyors, pumps, and other mechanical equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Install, assemble, and align new equipment according to specifications. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies. Conduct routine inspections and document maintenance activities. Collaborate with other departments, including production and engineering, to enhance equipment efficiency. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as required. Maintain an organized and safe work environment. Qualifications Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools. Proficiency in welding and fabrication is an asset. Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and be on call when required.
