Compensation and Benefits Hourly base rate of $18.00 Unlimited commissions, with potential earnings over $90,000+ Bi‑weekly car allowance 100% paid benefits (medical, vision, drug, etc.) Company‑issued iPhone and tablet Paid training and coaching 25% discount on Bell products and services Seasonal uniform provided Responsibilities Perform door‑to‑door sales activities, spreading Bell Canada knowledge throughout local neighborhoods. Engage households using charisma and product knowledge to convert leads into sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Travel within a 60 km radius of the assigned hiring location; travel expenses covered. Qualifications Outgoing, friendly, and charismatic personality. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Driven, flexible, and success‑hungry. Comfortable with outdoor, people‑oriented work and flexible hours. Valid experience or strong passion for sales and marketing.
