Regional Vice President (Wholesaler) Company: TD Securities – TD Asset Management (TDAM) Location: Montréal, Quebec, Canada Hours: 37.5 hrs/week Line of Business: TD Wealth Pay: 90,000 – 110,000 CAD per year (base) + discretionary variable compensation based on business and individual performance. Job Summary: TD Asset Management (TDAM), a member of TD Bank Financial Group, is a leading North American investment manager offering progressive investment solutions to institutional and individual investors. With over two decades of experience, TDAM manages more than $500 billion in assets across pension, insurance, endowment, corporate and high‑net‑worth clients, as well as retail mutual funds. Role Overview: Reporting to the Director, Eastern Canada, the Regional Vice President (Wholesaler) will manage relationships and sell TD Asset Management strategies (ETFs, Mutual Funds, and SMAs) within an Advice Distribution territory – Laval, North Shore, Gatineau, Trois Rivières, Abitibi. Key Accountabilities Manage an assigned territory within the Windsor‑London Corridor. Lead and mentor the Territory Business Development Manager and Business Development Associate. Draft and implement a comprehensive business plan. Create a segmentation model to ensure excellent service standards. Develop new business and increase share of wallet within the region. Service, manage and grow existing relationships. Hold 20 meetings a week, including one‑on‑one, group, branch meetings, events and roadshows with investment advisors and portfolio managers. Uphold corporate and industry sales practices and manage co‑op marketing opportunities from a business and National Instrument 81‑105 perspective. Skills & Experience Required University degree; industry accreditations (CFA, CIM, CFP, FCSI) preferred. 5+ years of industry sales experience. In‑depth knowledge of both asset management and wealth management. Effective presentation and communication skills. Strong interest in capital markets. Ability to excel in a sales environment.
