The Revenue team drives affirm’s top-line growth through strategic partnerships, pricing, and go-to-market execution. We acquire, retain, and expand merchant relationships across eCommerce, in-store, telesales, and the affi ment app. The team leads onboarding, relationship management, and performance optimization to help merchants and partners succeed. We deliver value-added solutions, drive adoption, and support long-term business growth by connecting merchants and consumers through affirm’s products. Partner with Revenue leaders to identify performance gaps and develop scalable solutions that drive revenue impact. Build and maintain sales playbooks, tools, and content to standardize best practices across teams and markets. Define and own success metrics for training effectiveness, track KPIs (e.g., ramp time, quota attainment, win rates) to quantify impact, and refine programs based on data insights. Lead change management and coach sales managers to embed new skills, methodologies, and processes effectively. What We Look For 10+ years of experience in enablement, training, or Revenue operations, ideally within FinTech or SaaS. Proven success designing and implementing programs that improved field productivity and performance metrics across Sales, Client Success, and Partnerships. Deep understanding of selling methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED, etc) and how to translate them into actionable playbooks and training. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across functions and seniority levels. Deep knowledge of CRM and enablement tools (Gong, Spekit, Salesforce), including experience tailoring AI tooling (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion) for field use cases. A self-starter and coach-minded leader with high EQ, adaptability, and a passion for developing talent.
