We are backed by Union Square Ventures, KB Partners, Kevin Durant (35VC), and the founders of NBA Top Shot, Zenly, Club Penguin.This is a structured, learning-first fellowship designed for students or early-career creators seeking hands-on media + content operations experience .About the roleThis fellowship is for creators who want hands-on experience in real sports media environments. You’ll support both social content and in-app news operations—helping turn live moments into posts, notifications, and stories seen by millions. Depending on interest and comfort level, you may also participate in on-camera content for social platforms.What you'll doSupport short-form content creation and publishing across social platformsHelp run in-app content operations (news setup, featured content, live moments)Assist with push notifications & content scheduling tied to sports momentsTrack basic performance signals (opens, clicks, engagement)Test headlines, hooks, and timing across platformsCollaborate with content and ops leads during live eventsNice to have: creating content on camera along with the teamWhat you'll getYour work distributed to real audiences (social + in-app)Clear portfolio examples and strong referencesMentorship and exposure to how media, product, and growth intersectPriority consideration for future paid or contract rolesWho's this forStudents or recent grads in media, communications, marketing, journalism, or related fieldsSports, pop culture, and internet-culture nativesDetail-oriented, fast, and comfortable with tools and dashboardsCurious about how content lives inside an app , not just on socialsThis fellowship is time-limited, educational in nature , and suitable for academic credit or experiential learning programs where applicable.Qualifications 🤓Experience creating strong and engaging sports contentA strong knowledge of the NBA and NFL, other sports are a bonus tooStrong sports and/or pop culture knowledgeExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing toolsSuccessful candidates will be GTA-based and able to commute downtownNice to Have 😎Ability to edit own social media videos and photosExperience working in sports, gaming, social, music, or fashion tech is a plus but not requireHow to applyNote: Applications missing the required links/content will not be reviewed.Please include:Links to social content you’ve created (videos, graphics, posts, edits — personal or school projects are fine)Links to accounts or creators you’ve worked on OR accounts you admire , with a brief note on whyWe care more about taste, instincts, and effort than resumes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
