**About the role**
Stadium Live is seeking a results-driven **User Acquisition Manager** to lead our user acquisition efforts across paid media channels. This role is critical in scaling our mobile app user base on both iOS and Android. You’ll be responsible for managing ad campaigns from ideation to execution, optimizing performance, and driving installs through strategic, data-backed decisions.
**What will I be doing?**
- ** Strategy & Execution**: Plan, build, and execute paid media campaigns (primarily on Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, and other relevant ad platforms) focused on acquiring new users for our iOS and Android apps.
- ** Creative Development**: Collaborate with internal content team or external partners to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with our Gen Z sports fan audience.
- ** Performance Analysis**: Continuously analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and iterate quickly to improve CPI, ROAS, and LTV.
- ** Budget Management**: Own and optimize the paid acquisition budget, allocating spend to maximize growth and efficiency.
- ** Platform Expertise**: Stay up to date with mobile ad trends, attribution models, and platform updates (SKAdNetwork, privacy regulations, etc.).
- ** Collaboration**: Work cross-functionally with product, analytics, and content teams to align on growth goals and user engagement strategies.
- Data analysis of ad performance, as well as reporting
**What do I need?**
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for consumer apps ideally in the mobile game space.
- A scrappy, get-it-done attitude—comfortable rolling up your sleeves and diving into the weeds to make things work.
- Proven track record of running and scaling UA campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google UAC, Snapt, and similar platforms.
- Strong analytical chops, with fluency in tools like Appsflyer, Amplitude, and Google Analytics to back decisions with data.
- Solid understanding of AB testing functionality on ad platforms
- A starter mindset—you don’t wait for instructions; you seek out problems and build the path forward.
- Outside-the-box thinker & relentless problem solver who thrives on tough challenges and finds creative solutions under pressure.
- Passion for sports and an understanding of sports fan culture—bonus if you're tapped into Gen Z trends.
- Ability to execute independently, prioritize high-leverage opportunities, and act as a thought leader within Stadium Live.
- Open to & have experience in working with AI to create efficient workflows.
**Nice to have**
- Experience with design software such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus
- Experience with video editing software such as Capcut or Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
- Previous experience working in sports, gaming, social, or music.
