The Google Cloud Specialist will administer and support Google business applications such as Google Cloud/Drive, Gmail, Docs, Calendar and Spam filters.Responsibilities:Responsible for technical administration of corporate Google applicationsTransitioning users to Google Drive using their cloud migration toolProvide technical supportConduct research and assist Manager with recommendations for system improvements through the proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of solutionsCreate and maintain thorough documentation related to administrative configurations, procedures and modifications of applicable corporate applicationsAssist the Application Development team by performing applications testing and application deploymentsManage installations, patching and monitoring of development, testing and production application environmentsManage incident queue for business solutions team to ensure that all tickets are promptly assigned to appropriate team members and are resolved in a timely mannerPublish website analytics to key company stakeholdersRequirements:Google Apps administration (Gmail, Cloud, Docs, Calendar)Google AnalyticsEnd user support for related applicationsAdministration of SMTP and other email-related servicesAdministration of major enterprise applications (non-Google)Application administration concepts and proceduresApplication security best practicesActive Directory security managementMicrosoft Windows Server Operating SystemInternet/Cloud technology conceptsThis is a minimum 6 month contract work from home position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
