Manufacturing Specialist – Antec Controls Antec Controls (www.anteccontrols.com) is a leader in environmental monitoring and control for critical spaces such as operating rooms, isolation rooms, and laboratories. Carry out manufacturing projects to improve production layout, processes, jigs, fixtures, and equipment. Write and maintain procedures for production processes and production control. Support orders through production. Ideal Candidate A college diploma or university degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 1‑5 years experience working in a manufacturing environment. A high level of critical thinking and accountability. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Process driven, self‑motivated, and demonstrated initiative. Ability to work well independently and collaboratively. Basic understanding of HVAC, controls, and mechanical systems an asset.
