What You Will Do Lead client‑facing end‑to‑end planning and implementation of UKG Pro WFM projects Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Manage cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation and project and financial management Develop project plans and schedules, and track project milestones and deliverables Drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources and training for workforce transformation efforts Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers and methodology guides Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach What You Bring To The Role Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, preferably within a professional services or consultancy environment Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required or related field preferred Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies and leading practices in the WFM space Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines and leading conversations and creating stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy Must be authorized to work in Canada without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future. We are looking for professionals currently holding UKG certifications KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $128,000 to $179,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
