Webware.ai empowers businesses of all sizes and industries to achieve success in the digital world.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Customer Success based in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Head of Customer Success will lead efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by developing and managing relationships with clients, driving long-term partnerships, and ensuring their success with our AI digital marketing solutions. Responsibilities also include developing customer success strategies, analyzing customer data to improve experiences, solving customer challenges, and leading a team to meet performance goals.QualificationsStrong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention strategiesProven ability in Account Management and developing lasting client relationshipsExcellent Communication skills for interacting effectively with clients and internal teamsExceptional Analytical Skills for understanding customer behavior and improving experiencesLeadership abilities and experience in building and managing a high-performing teamExperience in customer success roles, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS industriesBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
