It is a self-help organization dedicated to providing support, education, and advocacy for those living with mental health illnesses through peer support and other services. Today, MDAM operates throughout Manitoba, supporting individuals, their friends, families, and caregivers that have been affected by mood disorders. One of the services we offer are peer support groups that are facilitated by dedicated volunteers who have lived experience with mood disorders or co-occurring disorders.
