Vous serez un point de contact clé pour nos clients : vous assurez une expérience fluide, une communication rapide et un suivi rigoureux — tout en développant des relations solides qui se traduisent par une croissance des ventes. Responsabilités principales Répondre aux appels téléphoniques des clients pendant les heures d’ouverture Répondre aux courriels des clients avec rapidité, clarté et professionnalisme Préparer les bons d’achat et bons de commande dans notre système Assurer le suivi et la coordination avec les parties prenantes : responsable d’entrepôt, responsable des opérations, fournisseurs Passer les commandes auprès des fournisseurs lorsque nécessaire Veiller à la satisfaction client, gérer les priorités et résoudre les irritants avec efficacité Développer une relation de confiance avec les clients afin de favoriser les ventes récurrentes (upsell/cross-sell) Profil recherché 2 à 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans un rôle similaire (service client B2B, ventes internes, account management, coordination de commandes) Expérience en télécoms et/ou B2B fortement appréciée Bilingue français/anglais (écrit et oral) Très bon sens de l’organisation, capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle Approche orientée solutions : vous prenez ownership, vous relancez, vous faites avancer les choses Envie d’apprendre, de se développer et de grandir avec l’entreprise Ce qui vous aidera à réussir Vous aimez le rythme, les priorités qui bougent, et vous gardez la tête froide Vous êtes rigoureux(se) sur les détails (commandes, suivis, délais) Vous aimez bâtir des relations et vous avez un vrai réflexe “client d’abord” Vous appréciez une équipe à taille humaine, où l’entraide et l’esprit d’équipe sont essentiels Pourquoi nous rejoindre Un rôle central, avec impact direct sur l’expérience client et la croissance Une entreprise établie, ambitieuse et en transformation Une équipe collaborative et proche, où vous ne serez jamais “un numéro” Une rémunération motivante : fixe + bonus basé sur les ventes Postuler Envoyez votre CV (et quelques lignes sur ce qui vous motive) — en français ou en anglais. You will be a key point of contact for our customers—ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and rigorous follow-up—while building strong relationships that drive repeat business and sales growth.
